Peak Light Cider Company
Peak Light’s family farm is located on Sauvie Island, and sweeping views of rural farmland and iconic snow-capped mountains of the Pacific Northwest frame the orchard. They adhere to principles of organic and biodynamic farming, and handpick their fruit at peak ripeness to ensure the unique flavors of this place find their way into every bottle. A slow fermentation process balances the natural tannins and acids with the aromatic qualities of the fruit, providing you with the highest quality farm to bottle experience.
