Thank you for your interest in being a new or returning vendor at Hollywood Farmers Market! We pride ourselves on being an agriculturally focused market, supporting the local small farm and food producer economy. Throughout the year, the HFM welcomes nearly 80 vendors, selling vegetables, fruit, herbs, honey, nuts, mushrooms, cheese, eggs, meat, poultry, seafood, cut flowers, plants, baked goods, hot foods, and more to thousands of customers.
To this end, we accept vendors who grow or produce edible products, nurseries who sell plants that are grown from seed or propagated from existing stock, regional foragers, hot food vendors and other vendors who support the local agricultural economy. We only work with businesses and farms based in Oregon and Washington states.
VENDING AT HOLLYWOOD FARMERS MARKET
The two documents below will provide much of the information you need to know if you are interested in selling with us. Please review them carefully before applying.
APPLYING TO BE A VENDOR
The 2021 – 2022 Hollywood Farmers Market runs from April 2021 through March, 2022. Priority Applications will be open from Friday, January 1st – Monday, February 1st on Manage My Market. This is when we assign the bulk of our stalls for the year. Rolling applications will reopen on March 1st. These will be reviewed only as needed by the market.
New businesses (2 years or younger) are not required to pay an application fee unless accepted as a vendor at the market. Businesses 2 years or older are required to submit a nonrefundable application fee on submission of your application on Manage My Market. Applications for businesses 2+ years old will not be considered until the $25 application fee has been submitted.
We give preference to returning vendors that are in good standing with the organization. Please note that Hollywood Farmers Market only accepts vendors applying from Oregon and Washington, and gives preference to food producers who source farm direct and buy their ingredients locally. We invite craft vendors to participate in our November and December markets! Crafts must be made by hand from raw materials. Potential new vendors may be asked to submit product samples, examples of their booth design, or answer follow up questions from the Market Director.
Please contact Alison DeLancey, our Market Director, if you have any questions!
COMMUNITY BOOTHS
Every Saturday, two community organizations provide customers with information about unique projects around the city and add to the community feel of the market. Community Booths are typically scheduled beginning in early spring, but occasionally groups can be accommodated mid-season. If you are interested in hosting a booth at the Hollywood Farmers Market, please review our website before contacting Ari Rosner, our Market Coordinator. (Community Booths have been temporarily suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic.)
