The Winter Market just got that much better as Sweet Leaf Farm has signed on starting this week. That means even more winter produce, including carrots and
lots of greens! Deep Roots Farm is out this week (returning 2/15) and so in Nourishment (returning 2/15). We still have lots of apples and pears available for at least two more markets. And winter squashes, potatoes, beets and other interesting root vegetables are just some of the highlights of this Saturday’s market! And let me not forget pastured meats, free range eggs, local cheese, mushrooms, tamales, coffee and more!
