The Hollywood Farmers Market prides itself on being an agriculturally focused market, supporting the local small farm and food producer economy. Throughout the year, the HFM welcomes nearly 80 vendors, selling vegetables, fruit, herbs, honey, nuts, mushrooms, cheese, eggs, meat, poultry, seafood, cut flowers, plants, baked goods, hot foods, and more to thousands of customers.
To this end, we accept vendors who grow or produce edible products, nurseries who sell plants that are grown from seed or propagated from existing stock, regional foragers, hot food vendors and other vendors who support the local agricultural economy. We only work with business and farms based in Oregon and Washington states.
SELLING AT THE HOLLYWOOD FARMERS MARKET
The two documents below will provide much of the information you need to know if you are interested in selling with us. Please review them carefully if you are considering applying.
HOLLYWOOD WINTER APPLICATION
The 2020/2021 Winter Hollywood Farmers Market runs the 1st and 3d Saturdays of the month from December through March. The winter application will be open from Friday September 18th – October 16th on Manage My Market. In some cases, winter market applicants will be considered for start dates prior December 1st. If your business is interested in an early start date, please indicate this on your application. Our Lloyd Farmers Market also has open applications through the same link.
Applications are not complete and will not be considered until the $25 application fee has been submitted. Potential new vendors may be asked to submit samples, examples of their booth design and/or answer follow up questions from the Market Director. The Hollywood Farmers Market has limited space and gives preference to returning vendors that are in good standing with the organization. Although we strive to welcome new vendors to the market each year, space for new vendors is often very limited.
If you would like to participate in the Hollywood Farmers Market and have questions please contact the Market Director. Be sure to include a description of your product, where your business is based out of, and phone number so the Market Director can contact you about the application process. Please note that the Hollywood Farmers Market only accepts vendors applying from Oregon and Washington, and gives preference to food producers who source farm direct and buy their ingredients locally.

The Hollywood Farmers Market makes an exception and invites craft vendors to participate in our November and December markets! All crafters must produce crafts made by hand from raw materials and preference is generally given to those who source local agricultural products. Please contact the Market Director if you are interested in applying to become a craft vendor.
Every Saturday, two community organizations provide customers with information about unique projects around the city and add to the community feel of the market. Community Booths are typically scheduled beginning in early spring, but occasionally groups can be accommodated mid-season. If you are interested in hosting a booth at the Hollywood Farmers Market, please review our website before contacting our Market Coordinator.
